Or, are your meatballs without meat (vegetarian)?

This contest is open to all members who think they have the best meatballs in town.  All entries will be given a number and judged anonymously.

The meatballs MUST be home made and not store bought.
Contestants will bring their pre-cooked meatballs already prepared and kept warm.
Contestants are to bring 12 meatballs to be sampled by our judge and guests.
Cooks should provide a list of ingredients that will remain with their meatballs. This is in case there are any food allergies among the attendees.

Judges vote for the meatball they like best based on the following major considerations:
good flavor, blend of spices, aroma, and moisture, graded in this manner:
Appearance 1-10, Taste 1-10, Texture 1-10, Overall 1-10 (1 being the lowest and 10 the highest)

The decision of judges is final.
